Wall climbing is the center part of the many activities offered by the Collider Activity Center. The Center also includes a fitness room, a swimming pool, a dance and sports hall, a spa center and a bar and restaurant. It is a sports center as well as a social hub for people to exercise, relax and to interact with each other. The design intends to capture the energy of the place and create a building and that is open, dynamic, and connects all the activities from inside to the outside.
At the center of the building is a 20 meters high climbing hall with full height glazing facing the outdoor activities area on north and east side. The climbing wall extends from the climbing hall into the outdoor space, providing a powerful experience for the climbers. The outdoor areas are connected by wooden deck and are partially shaded by a metal louver canopy held by several climbing walls.
A restaurant is located on the ground floor, a bar is on top of the climbing hall with views into the climbing hall and to the Vitosha Mountain beyond.
